Website purpose

The website presents company, manufacturing, product, CSSD, quality, resource and contact information for preliminary business evaluation. It is not an e-commerce store, does not accept online payments and does not itself create a purchase contract.

Business use

You may use the website for lawful professional, institutional, procurement, dealership, research or business purposes. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to communicate its requirement.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Attempt to bypass security, access the administration area without authorization or interfere with website operation.
• Submit unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive or malicious content.
• Use automated extraction in a way that burdens the service or republishes substantial website content.
• Upload or transmit malware, credentials, payment data, patient records or sensitive health information.
• Misrepresent Aheesha, its products, certificates, brands or business relationships.

Product and technical information

Website content supports initial evaluation only. Product images may show a representative model or configuration. Dimensions, capacity, utilities, controls, materials, performance, accessories, compliance applicability and availability must be confirmed in the current technical proposal and approved documentation for the selected model.

Customized equipment is subject to engineering review, feasibility, applicable standards and written approval. Website content is not installation, validation, clinical, medical or safety advice.

Enquiries and quotations

An enquiry is a request for discussion and does not oblige either party to proceed. A quotation may have its own scope, price, tax, validity, delivery, installation, payment, warranty and limitation terms. If these website terms conflict with an executed contract or accepted written quotation, that specific commercial document governs the transaction.

Intellectual property

The website's original text, layout, graphics, product organization, Aheesha logo and other owned material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Product brand names, marks and third-party material belong to their respective owners. No licence is granted except the limited right to view and use the website for lawful evaluation. Written permission is required for commercial reproduction or misleading use.

Links to WhatsApp, maps, government portals, certification issuers and other services are provided for convenience or verification. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean that Aheesha controls or guarantees the external service.

Availability and changes

We may update, correct, restrict or discontinue website content or features without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may block activity that threatens security, violates these terms or affects other users.

Responsibility and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aheesha is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on preliminary website content instead of current approved technical and commercial documentation, or by a third-party service outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and disputes

These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable mandatory law and any governing commercial agreement, courts of competent jurisdiction at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction over disputes relating specifically to website use.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms to reflect website, business or legal changes. Continued use after the effective date of revised terms means the updated terms apply to later use.
