Aheesha Medical Technology Private Limited (“Aheesha”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates this corporate B2B website. For personal data collected through the website, Aheesha determines why and how that data is used.
Scope
This policy applies to information collected through aheeshamedical.com and its website-hosted enquiry and administration functions. The Contact page contains an embedded Google Maps view supplied by Google. Other third-party websites and services that you choose to open from our links—such as WhatsApp, the full Google Maps listing, certification issuers or government verification portals—operate under their own privacy terms.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Name, company name, business email, phone number and location.
- Product of interest, application, requirement, preferred capacity or dimensions and other information entered in an enquiry.
- Dealer profile, territory and healthcare-market information when submitted for a dealer discussion.
- Communications, quotation requirements, follow-up notes and records created while handling your enquiry.
Information collected automatically
- The source page from which an enquiry is submitted.
- A random submission identifier used to prevent accidental duplicate submissions.
- A short-lived, one-way anti-abuse key derived from connection information for rate limiting. We do not store the plain IP address in the enquiry record.
- Basic security and operational logs that may be generated by our hosting or authentication providers.
- When you allow analytics: page and interaction data, approximate location, device/browser details and referral information collected through Google Analytics 4.
Authorized administration users
For secured dashboard access, the authentication service may provide the user's account identifier, name and email. We use this information for access control, employee roles and audit accountability.
Why we use personal data
- To receive, route and respond to product, project, dealer and general enquiries.
- To prepare technical discussions, quotations, datasheets and relevant follow-up.
- To assign an enquiry to Sales and, where necessary, an authorized technical, project, service, finance or management team member.
- To manage customer and business relationships, keep internal notes and maintain an accountable workflow.
- To prevent spam, duplicate submissions, abuse and security incidents.
- To meet applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, dispute-resolution or contractual requirements.
Submitting an enquiry authorizes requirement-related contact. It does not by itself enroll you in unrelated bulk marketing. If we introduce optional promotional communications, we will provide an appropriate choice.
After a successful Product Enquiry, you may choose to open WhatsApp with the product name and enquiry reference pre-filled. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp until you activate that button and choose to send the message under WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
Who may receive it
We do not sell or rent enquiry data. Access may be provided only as reasonably necessary to:
- Authorized Aheesha employees and departments handling the requirement.
- Website hosting, storage, authentication, security and technical service providers acting for the website.
- Google, when a visitor permits Google Analytics 4 measurement.
- Professional advisers, auditors or insurers where reasonably necessary.
- Government, regulatory, judicial or law-enforcement bodies where disclosure is legally required.
- A successor in a genuine restructuring, merger or transfer, subject to applicable safeguards.
Service providers may process data in locations where they operate. We use reasonable contractual, access and security controls appropriate to the service and applicable law.
Retention
Enquiry information is normally retained while the requirement is active and for up to three years after the last meaningful interaction. Records connected to a quotation, purchase, contract, installation, warranty, service, tax matter or dispute may be kept longer where required for that relationship or by law. Short-lived rate-limit records expire after approximately ten minutes. See our Form Data & Retention Notice for the operational schedule.
Security
We use access controls, authenticated administration, role-based permissions, rate limiting and other reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, patient records or sensitive health data through an enquiry form.
Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law and appropriate identity verification, you may ask us to provide information about our processing, correct inaccurate data, erase data that is no longer required, withdraw consent for future consent-based processing or raise a grievance. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing already completed. We may retain limited records where a legal, contractual, security or dispute-related reason applies.
Send a request to info@aheeshamedical.com with the email or phone used in the enquiry and, if available, the enquiry reference number.
Children's data
This website is intended for business and professional users and is not designed for children. Do not submit a child's personal data through the website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, technology or legal obligations change. The revised effective date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate website notice where required.
